PRIMAX- Mobile Hot Mix Plant

PRIMAX Mobile Hot Mix Plant is of separate drying & mixing system. It is mounted on a chassis fabricated of roller steel sections with single rigid axle or double axle with pneumatic tyres fitted with drawbar turntable to easy towing. A cold bucket elevator for feeding cold aggregates to the drum There is a larger diameter storage ring of the discharge end of the dryer drum for holding hot aggregates. The drum runs on 4 nos. of cast iron rollers with bearings. Mixing unit is a twin shaft pugrnill and heavy duty paddle arms and tips. The dryer is driven through reduction gear and chain drives. A bitumen boiler along with an efficient dust collector is provided. The plant is fitted with adequate rated diesel engine. Toolbox, Jack is provided.
